We keep this simple. Your family's learning belongs to you — we only use it to help you build your portfolio.
What we collect
When you create an account, we store your email and the learning moments you choose to save — notes, photos, documents, and the subjects we organize for you.
How we use it
We use your information to run Portfolio Pal: save your entries, organize subjects, show your history, and build portfolio PDFs. We do not sell your data.
AI organization
When you capture a learning moment, we may send that text to an AI service to suggest subjects. Nothing is added to your portfolio until you review and approve it.
Your control
You can edit or add to past days, upload or remove evidence, and sign out anytime. If you want your account deleted, contact us and we'll help.
Security
Your data is stored with industry-standard protections. Only you can see your family's learning records in the app.
