No. Portfolio Pal only organizes what you capture. You review every moment before it becomes part of your portfolio.
What if I miss a few days?
That's okay. Tap the date on Today, pick a past day, and catch up whenever you're ready — no guilt.
Can I add photos later?
Yes. Open any learning moment in History and add photos or documents whenever you want.
Is the portfolio okay for evaluators?
Portfolios are assembled from your approved records — dated entries, subjects, and evidence. You can download a PDF when evaluation season arrives.
Do I need a planner or grade book too?
Portfolio Pal is for remembering and documenting — not scheduling or grading. Keep whatever tools you already like for planning.
Can more than one parent use it?
Anyone with the account can capture. The Today screen is simple enough to pick up cold.
